COVID-19 Safety Guidelines

At Emerge Medical and Well Spa we are committed to the safety of our clients and staff. 

Although we are no longer checking temperatures or requiring masks we ask that if you answer yes to any of the questions below that you cancel and reschedule your appointment with us immediately. 

    • Have you experienced a new fever above 100.4 in the past 14 days?
    • Have you had a new cough or shortness of breath in the past 14 days?
    • Have you had to travel to a country of high transmission of COVID-19?
    • Have you had contact with anyone experiencing the symptoms above or that have traveled internationally in the past 14 days?

Our staff is continuing their normal sanitation procedures after each client. They are required to wipe down frequently touched surfaces with a disinfectant and they must wash and sanitize their hands several times throughout the day. 

Spa Policies

24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:

We understand the need to cancel or move an appointment, however to protect our providers and be courteous to others clients that may be on our waiting list, we ask that you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours or a $50 fee will ensue. ($130 for all wellness appointments) The same applies to appointments that are missed without notice.

RUNNING LATE:

If you are more than 15 minutes late past your designated appointment time you may be asked to rescheduled.

Should your appointment only be 15 minutes (for example: Botox or a brow wax) you will be required to reschedule unless we are able to get you in the same day.

CHILDREN:

We love kids and have several of our own but we are here to pamper you so we appreciate if you would make arrangements for your children while YOU are in OUR care! 

PRODUCT RETURNS:

Product returns must be completed within 15 days and a credit will be added to your Emerge account (no refunds) or you are welcome to exchange it for a different product, however you must pay difference if other product costs more. 

SERVICE RETURNS:

All prepaid services will never expire unless noted in a specific special. Should you request a refund from a prepaid service, the value will be added to your Emerge account as a credit to be used on future products or services.

Prepaid multiple packages: If you purchased a package in 3 or 5 bundle to receive 15% or 20% off and request a refund, you will be charged full price for the previously used services and given that value back to your emerge account.

Privacy Policy

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Security Policy

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

Refund Policy

All payments are final and no refunds will be processed.

Shipping Policy

All items will ship within 2 business day of the order being placed.
